Opened products

For hygiene reasons (industry standard for skincare), we can't refund opened products. With one exception:

If you have a sensitivity reaction or anything arrives damaged, email us a photo at help@calenza.co. We'll send a replacement or refund — your choice — even though hygiene rules mean we can't formally accept the return.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives broken (cracked glass, leaking serum, crushed packaging), contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement right away.

Wrong product received

We make mistakes sometimes. Email us with a photo of what you received and your order number, and we'll send the correct item and a return label for the wrong one.

What we can't refund

  • Opened products without a sensitivity reaction or damage
  • Subscription orders shipped more than 30 days ago
  • Gift cards

Sensitivity reactions

If you develop a rash, redness, or stinging that doesn't fade within 48 hours of discontinuing use, please see a doctor or dermatologist. Email us with the details so we can refund you and improve our formulations.

How to start a return

Email help@calenza.co with:

  • Your order number
  • Which item(s) you want to return
  • Reason (optional but helpful)

We'll reply within 24 hours with next steps. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
